Trixie
@siziyogaandlifestyleTrixie L. is a RYT200 yoga instructor, community artist, and the founder of Sizi Yoga and Lifestyle. Holding a degree in Anthropology and Archaeology from SJSU, Trixie has a deep-rooted passion for antiques, heritage, and creative expression, having frequently collaborated on local city art events and neighborhood mural projects. Through her workshops and studio, she thoughtfully bridges mindfulness, nature, and art to build peaceful, positive spaces where individuals can reduce stress and discover handmade local and ethnic treasures.
In addition to public sessions, Trixie is available for booking for art, craft and yoga classes be it for private classes, corporate workshops, birthday parties, seasonal events, and more.
