Your name and email address will be shared with the workshop host or provider for the event you registered for so they can manage registration, check-in, updates, and attendee support.

Some paid events may use third-party payment providers, manual payment methods, or host-managed payment instructions. Your spot may not be confirmed until payment is completed or verified.

6. Photos and Videos

Photos or videos may be taken at What's Local events and workshops. What's Local may use event media for recaps, social media, website content, and marketing for What's Local or future workshops. If you do not want your image used, email hello@seekwhatslocal.com.

7. External Events and Third-Party Sites

Some listings link to external websites, ticketing platforms, payment services, maps, calendars, social media pages, or host websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, payments, refunds, or event experiences outside our control.

8. User Submissions

If you submit an event, brand, story, photo, link, or other content to What's Local, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You give What's Local permission to review, edit, display, publish, and promote that content in connection with our website, social media, newsletters, and marketing.

9. Community Conduct

You agree to use What's Local respectfully and lawfully. You may not:
