    Your instructor, Jody, has been working in the tea world since 2009 and has traveled extensively through Asia to visit tea farms, tasted hundreds of teas to find the right ones to source, learned lots, and met some incredible people. He loves sharing the vast world of tea with others!

    About Tap Twice Tea: Inspired by the tradition of Gong Fu Cha, Tap Twice Tea takes its name from the ritual of tapping the table to thank the brewer. Founded in 2013 in San Francisco’s Mission District, this community-focused company grew from a local love of tea into a global pursuit of excellence.

    The team has traveled extensively across Asia, visiting remote farms to source the finest leaves and bring them back to the Bay Area.
